Returns Policy

Returns

We strive to do our best to make sure that you are satisfied with your order.  We are however not responsible for any mispelling, discoloration of garments out of our control, or holes in the items.  

What cannot be returned:  We do not accept returns on any customized products. 

What can be exchanged:  We do offer exchanges for blank store bought items which we carry in the store at no restocking fee to you.  

If we special order an item for you however, there will be a 20% restocking fee on said items.  Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

Exchanges: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or exchange for another item.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
